Hello Paddle Wisers, I added reflective material by sewing it on. I do not have to worry about the Coast Gaurd siting me for that though. I added the reflective tape to my Palm three pocket Canyon S Buoyancy Aid. They would fine me for not having a Coast Gaurd approved PFD instead. I decided I would rather deal with the fine and have equipment at hand on my Buoyancy Aid than not have it handy with a typical Type III PFD.
