I just got my new issue of Canoe & Kayak and saw that Feathercraft is showing something called Sealskin. I had heard about it in private (sworn to secrecy last summer), but had not heard the name, just that it was better and lighter than Polytech and Hypalon (sort of confusing and my source didn't want to say very much). I have queried Feathercraft via e-mail today to see if I can get more info. Has anyone heard anything they can say? I can hardly wait for April when I get my K-1 in Sealskin. It has gone up in price $70 or so, but who's counting. =^..^= --Mel-- Mel Lammers mslammers_at_earthlink.net *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************
