Still working on the links page but thought I'd announce the URL. You will see that links are not just about kayaking. Many also include kayak trip reports and photos and other interests as well. http://www.paddlewise.net/links/members/ I will only add your name and link if you let me know it's ok. I'm a first-time boatbuilder who recently built my own wooden kayak (a kit from CLC - and rudderless!) in my studio apartment in New York City. I documented this process on a website http://www.malvik.net. (Please put my link on the page Jackie.) What a great experience! (even though part of the process involved lowering the 16 foot kayak out of my second floor window!) The launch was last Saturday (although I still have to install the deck rigging). She performed magnificently. I just subscribed to this list 3 days ago. Are there any kayakers out there in NYC? I haven't been in the Hudson yet. If you would like to have your link included on the page, let me know. It can be your home page and doesn't even have to be kayak focused. I think it would be fun to get to know members in whatever their primary hobby/setting. Also, if you are in the retail end of kayaking, I will include a link to your business website. > > Cheers, > > Jackie ******************************************************* > PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List > Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net > Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net > Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ > *************************************************************************** ________________________________________________________________ Get FREE voicemail, fax and email at http://voicemail.excite.com Talk online at http://voicechat.excite.com *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************
