[Paddlewise] Closing Who's Who entries for the 1st edition

G'Day,

Thanks for the Who's Who entries. Submissions are now closed while I process 
them all. Everyone who sent entries will have a chance to vet their 
contribution in its final form before the list goes public.

We had 129 contributions. They overlap a bit with the earlier February round 
which had about 140 entries. I will merge the two lists and ask permision 
individually from everyone before the final list goes public.

All entries are being treated by myself as absolutely confidential whether 
or not they have been published on Paddlewise and when the final list is 
posted I will be deleting all files except for the final list.

Thanks again for all the entries - give me a couple of weeks to word process 
them before I get back to you.
