I have had a Casio Alti-Thermo atch for a couple of years. It has a baro-graph on it, which is great for following pressure trends. You can set it to read temperature in Farenheight or Centigrade, and to read pressure in millibars (hPa) or in millimeters of mercury. I has survived ocean and pool water, and is suprisingly accurate...maybe no perfect, but close enough to be useful. For under $200, it has been one of the better watch deals I have found.
