I saw such a fantastic meteor about 2 months ago that it will be unlikely I'll ever see another so great. Out walking the dog with one evening in waning crepuscular light (no, I did not get out my thesaurus for that one) a meteor flashes brightly across from left to right and as my jaw drops the thing breaks up into thing distinct pieces, each with its own trail. Wow. A second later, not a trace remained. I'd like to tie that in to kayaking somehow but I can't quite make a connection. jerry.
