I'm forwarding a message for Wes Boyd who seems to be having some
difficulty getting his messages through to the list. Here's hoping
it's not contagious... :-)

p.s.  I couldn't remember the subject title 8-}

Actually, that page is more essays based on paddle trips, rather than my
actual trip journal -- which is combined with the journal I keep regularly,
and is filled with lots of non-kayak stuff. Woody at least write a good
report of each trip. Mine often read like this, from the actual journal:

"11/13/99: Devils Lake, south shore, 2 miles, .6 hr. Warm day, light
breeze, stayed close in as water getting cold. Didn't want to put a lot of
time in on it, as I had other things to do, so just coasted down the
shoreline to around Tibbs, then turned around and came back. Did see a
couple of ducks. Docks are mostly out, now. Threw boat back on the trailer
and took it back to the storage shed."

See -- a lot more mundane than the essays . . .
