A dolly is a vehicle for pulling behind yourself. If you want to tow it
with a car, you need a trailer, which is a much more significant
undertaking. For a WW boat, one of the utility trailers they sell at
Home Depot should work fine.

But why don't you just stick it on the roof like everyone else,
especially a 40# 8-10 foot long WW boat? Do you drive a convertible? If
so, cool.
