It will broadcast live from a weather balloon--apparently they did this
last year as well and had some interesting images.  They'll also carry a
little VLF receiver and broadcast any signals received.

I went for a camping trip on the St. Marys river between Fla., and Ga.this
weekend and we camped on a sand bar and sat up watching for shooting stars,
I saw five and three other people saw three while I was not looking, it was
fun
