I too will leave the nude winter camping to Chuck.  I will say however that
I still remember a night from 29 years ago when I was camping on a balsam
bough bed and watching the snow fall in the fire light.  It was a magic
night.

My answer to the question is if you need to go bad enough you find a way.  I
do my winter camping in a cabin.  When nature calls I put on my boots walk
out the door, hoist my night shirt and take care of business.  Others I know
use a pee bottle.  If you choose option B make sure the bottle is very well
marked and easy to distinguish from a water bottle.
