[Paddlewise] Tempe Town Lake(AZ)

Is there any P'wisers from the Phoenix area? If so, you might be 
interested to know that they are about to pay a guy to kill/scare off all 
the birds from that lake and runoff area.

If anyone is interested, I post the whole details.
