[Paddlewise] Paddling in Costa Rica

I'm in the process of planning a vacation trip to Costa Rica.  One of the
options that we are considering is doing some paddling on the Pacific Coast
of CR.  If anyone on PW has recommendations on location or outfitters, I
would appreciate hearing from you.  Also, I want to know what I can expect
for water temperatures.
