[Paddlewise] opinion on Seda Gypsy?

I have an opportunity to purchase a plastic Seda Gypsy for a good
price.  The boat has been lightly used, purchased but almost never
paddled, and just stored for the last few years.  Can anyone give me an
opinion on this boat?  Thanks.
