Yeah, I just learned this a couple of months ago. Great. In AOL I can just highlight the desired portion and then click "Reply" and it automatically pastes it into the reply. The Control/C etc is great for pasting things into other documents or even for copying those long Internet addresses people are always referring us to. I use it to paste the address to the top line that says "Type Keyword or Web Address here and click Go." And yes, "voila" it appears in the right spot.
