A request for lurking Paddlewisers in New Zealand. Have any of you tried or own the Descente touring paddle? I see it advertised in SK, but as far as I know it is not marketed here in OZ. Is this the same company which makes the Flite paddle out of Urenui? Are their touring paddles bent shaft, and break-down? I have one of their surfski paddles with a f/glass shaft and carbon wing blades which is nicely made, but I am looking for a more low powered touring model.
