Ain't it the truth!! I used to have 20/20 vision - but that was long gone by the time I discovered kayaking, so I never got to enjoy being able to just plain see everything without drops & smears of water on my glasses. I haven't had any problem keeping them on - I also have plastic rimmed glasses, and I use a neoprene holder with a Chums float on it, so that if I did lose the glasses, they would float. I can't bear the thought of putting contacts in my eyes, but I had considered trying it for kayaking. Doug just finished that thought off. And, chicken though I am, I have been fantasizing about the laser surgery.
