they probably have a proper name. I'm just referring to the horseshoe shaped plastic clamps (kind of an arch with feet) that one uses to attach irrigation hose to a wall or other structure. they are nice and wide and cover the switch but don't restrict access to it. for the fashion victims out there  - best of all they come in very smart BLACK.

I guess one of the stainless steel ones from a marine shop would also work  - the sort of thing that used to be common on sea kayaks to run decklines etc through before recessed deck fittings caught on.
