....for what it's worth (probably not too much), I've made two Lemon baidarkas, paddle them both.....half a dozen stitch and glues among them CLC Patuxent, (which I have paddled alternately to glory and humiliation in local 10 and 20k races), recently bought a Valley Avocet (tupperware with burping lids), and love it also. My favorite boat? You guessed it......the one I'm paddling at the moment. Although a Keowee might be a stretch, I find that I'm happiest with water in my ears. Just paddle it.
