They are a little tough to pull up, particularly if you have large calves
like I do. The top is very flexible so I can scrunch it down, put my foot
in, then work them up over my calves and my dry suit. I do this BEFORE I
zip up my dry suit so it is easier to bend over. I also spray the inside
and outside of the latex booties with 303 Protectorant to make everything
slide more easily.

My feet always get cold whenever I do outside activities during the winter
months, to the point where I have to be concerned about getting frostbite.
Even those charcoal activated foot warmers don't work for me. At the CPA
Y2K seminar earlier this month I was wading around in the water and
practicing reentries for almost an hour. I wore thick socks under the latex
booties and the Chota Mukluks over them. The only time my feet were cold
was when the boots initially filled with water. Once the water inside
warmed, my feet were toasty. My boots stayed on the entire time, although
my husband did have one of his come off. I would think the newer version
with the laces would stay on even better.
