[Paddlewise] On Water Sports - website update

I've been working on On Water Sports some - adding new links, etc. One fun
thing is the poster for the La Push Surf Pummel from 1991 (I believe!).
The link is on the front page. 

Also Canoe and Kayak's site will be updated between 2/1 and 2/4 with March
issue articles and the new bulliten board. (Links below....)
