Sometimes they will persuade me to demonstrate a roll or two (I'm very vunerable to big, admiring female eyes:-). Though Vancouver,BC no longer has any heavy industry in the downtown area, it does have a sewage outfall or two, and the beaches are sometimes closed in the summer due to bug counts in the water. So if I roll, I always squirt liquid Polysporin in my eyes and ears afterwards.
