As my non-paddling wife explained to my mother-in-law why I
openly refuse to attend her upcoming "family get together".

"This is not a boat show - it's a pilgrimage."
Besides, I've been soooo good this winter... ;^)
A Class 5 snowstorm couldn't keep me away from Canoecopia. I'll be
there all weekend and I plan on being the first guy rooting through the
closeout canoes!
From my apt. in Fargo to Dane County Expo Center in Madison, 511 miles
and roughly 8 hours of driving. Relief drivers are welcome. (Paul, my
usual backup driver, slept the whole way home last year)
And I will be looking for the rest of you Paddlewisers to show up also.
If anyone needs a connecting ride from Fargo on I94 to Madison let me
know.
Any plans to meet at the show, perhaps collectively at a seminar?

Keep in touch...

I'm planning on being there at least on Saturday, assuming nothing comes up
to keep me away. Any other P-wisers? Maybe we can work out a meeting point.

I plan to be there Saturday. Plans aren't complete yet so can't commit to
time.
