I'm curious Ralph, how long do people get to paddle? Are they limited as to the distance they can paddle away from the Boathouse area? Do you have to keep "lifeguards" on the water? Is the Boathouse run on private funding (ie donations)? It sounds like a great idea and is obviously very successful but I wonder if it doesn't also require full time staff to keep it up and running.
