I've never done this, exactly, but I think it has possibilities. Cut a couple of 2x4s so they can be -gently- wedged between floor and ceiling against the wall. Cut a couple more slightly longer, so they attach to the tops of the vertical ones and form an angle with the floor, and a third set of short ones to complete the triangle. Add some pegs at suitable points to support the boats. Space the triangles bulkhead width apart, and add a couple of diagonal braces parallel to the wall.
