A couple years ago, Holiday bought all the Burger Brothers stores in the Twin Cities and turned all but one into Gander Mountain stores. Last time I was near one a week or so ago, it still had the Gander Mountain name. One thing about the Gander Mountain stores I think is funny is that they use a stylized Alpine mountain peak in their decor and advertising. The original Gander Mountain is a glacial moraine on the Illinois-Wisconsin border on the back side of the Wilmot Mountain ski area.
