OOPS!!! I forgot to mention symposia. Which, of course, still leave quite a few inland newbies out unless they live near the Great Lakes AND they still have to find out about the symposium in the first place--how do they do that? People have to find out about safety somehow. Once you get onto one good source of information (like PWise or a good symposium) the other sources are easier to find.
