Can anyone recommend a book on maritime ecology, or oceanography that has a focus on the polar seas (particularly the Arctic)? I am trying to find an "affordable" copy of Bascom's "Waves and Beaches" (which was mentioned here about 6 weeks previously), but really would like to find something a bit more focused on the North American Arctic coast. Even a book (in English) dealing with the Russian or Scandinavian circumpolar marine environment might be of use. I really would appreciate ANY leads.... Thanks!
