It has just come to my attention that the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem Ma. has an exhibit of hand made boats thru 5/7/00 (see web site www.pem.org) The show is called Suggestive Curves. The ad shows a greenland skin kayak among other boats featured. I haven't seen the show yet but I never pass up an opportunity to see a greenland yak in person (the one at the Museum of Science in NYC always stuns me). Thought some of our NE members might be interested.
