I'm using Yakama stuff and liked the way the hully rollers worked until the bar started turning. I was about to drill and pin it but I'll try the wallboard sanding screen fix first. Instead of attaching the fixed brackets to the side of the shell I went the extra 40 bucks and got the tracks...like on SUVs...and attached them to the roof. I didn't trust the clinch nuts they supplied so I got some stainless steel screws and nuts and some big fender washers. The tracks give me the option of moving the posts to accommodate different size boats or to remove it all leaving just the tracks for the winter. Now all I need on one of those spiffy spoilers... dave *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************
