By 'hug' I mean have someone mount your kayak on the stern and wrap his/her arms and legs around your boat. Flip over with that person holding on. As you can imagine, it ain't too easy. A person with a bombproof roll should still be able to do it with a little extra effort. Someone asked what an off-side roll meant. Try rolling with someone on your stern falling alternating which side you fall to. The side that fails is usually your 'off side'.
