The "Duck Lips" bags are excellent but the zipper is not waterproof. There
was an excellent article in a past Sea Kayaker in which someone tested this
bag and several others for dryness in rolls and rescue practice. It rated
very highly.

Perception/Aquaterra has introduced a relatively inexpensive, truly
waterproof dry deck bag that utilizes an oversized rubber ziplock. Give that
one a look if you want submersible performance.

Disclaimer: Yeah, we sell 'em.

Good luck,
Harold
