[Paddlewise] RE : Venice paddling

    I'm italian, I live 50km from Venice. I love the sea kayak, but I'm
a
beginner, anyway I have three suggestions about your topic.

    1) The biggest Canoa Club at Venice is : ARCOBALENO

        The boss Pamio Tito and wife, Olivieri Carmela, are very kind
persons. Send an email
        to arcocanoa_at_freeweb.org, certanly they will give you all info
necessary.

    2) If you will extend the honey moon on Toscana , then,  you 'must'
go on Elba island.
        I love that island. Last year I followed a sea kayak course with
the local club.

    3) The most important association of sea kayaker in Italy is :
IKDM           http://www.freeweb.org/sport/ikdm/ikdm/ikdm.htm. The
leader Sergio Cadoni (ikdm_at_libero.it)
is a very expert sea kayaker and know all about sea kayak in Italy.
