I need to try this method of emptying a loaded kayak one of these days. It sounded real interesting the last time you wrote it too. Thanks for reminding us of it. My comments you are referring to were written way back in 1984 and at that time I had tried many ways to lift a loaded kayak and dump out the water all without success (but didn't come up with this one to try then--wish I had).
