Though a little bit on the dated side, the Apostle is considered to be a
pretty good boat for a plastic boat. For a starter boat, it'll probably be
all right and better than a lot of more expensive possibilities.

There's a pretty good Australian website that has a guy's experiences with
the Apostle, but you have to work your way through a bit of Australian slang:

A couple of years ago, the Apostle listed for around $1050, IIRC. If it's
considerably under, it's a good deal.
