[Paddlewise] Tokyo trips?

Is anyone on the list knowledgeable about paddling opportunities near Tokyo?

Ideally, I'm looking for an outfitter that offers 1/2-day to full-day sea 
kayaking trips (gear included) in or within a reasonable distance from the 
city.

Any and all recommendations appreciated.
