I have the little Raytheon 100 which I carry in an AquaSafe I got at West Marine. They sell a larger size, too. I try to leave a lot of air in the bag, which makes mine float if it takes a spill. I've been toying with the idea of a foam float I could attach to it in some fashion but haven't really worked at it yet. I keep it tethered to the deck because I can't carry it on my PFD. I can't find a place on me that I can get to it and that it isn't in the way of a paddlefloat reentry. All that stuff on my chest and the high back deck of the boat just aren't a good fit.
