I love it !!!! I know the feeling. Got a new boat a few weeks ago. Clumsy getting in from the dock. Chatting with an OG (old-geezer) on the dock saying it was my first time out in the new boat. "I wouldn't go out too far" was his parting comment. Self-rescues can wait. I'm working on unloading-launching-landing and loading without looking stupid.
