They served Bluebell (kinda Texas version of Ben&Jerry's only we think its better) and made old fashioned ice-cream sodas. Boy was it great in summer when it was 95 in the shade and the water felt even warmer. One of the few times in my life that I had to stop paddling in order to lose some weight. Its starting to get warm done here. I may just have to go back for a visit. Mark J.
