I skipped over previous messages about the Tribal Kayaks Tribalance kayak
and wondered whether it's a maneuverable kayak without its outriggers
installed. Do the outriggers cause it to be a dog when directional
changes are called for? Or do they ride out of the water most of the
time? In other words, how does it paddle and would you recommend one
after you've paddled it? I was thinking of paddling it without the
pontoons except for those rare trips when I'm primarily planning on
photography. Do the pontoons help its tracking for sea kayaking use?

Do any of you know anything about Nona Kayaks? The one I saw was
advertised as a sea kayak, but it doesn't appear to have deck hatches, is
made of fiberglass, and is only 14' long.
