[Paddlewise] Paddling/camping Fundy Park

I am trying to put together a four day itinerary of camping and kayaking
in and near Fundy Park, New Brunswick, Canada, starting May 20.  Are
there any good travel or guide books that cover the area?  In
particular, I don't want to get stranded/drowned as a consequence of the
50 ft. tides.
