As for my background/qualifications I am currently going into week three of a six session pool rolling class (at the Yonkers, NY YMCA for those of you familiar with this perenial class taught by Andy L.) and I paddled a yak for the first time yesterday. There's also a great video on rolling called, "Grace Under Pressure". Sometimes actually watching roll techniques helps more than simply reading about it.
