[Paddlewise] adding foam padding

Hi Folks-

I know this question has come up before but I didn't save any of the 
answers, so my apologies in advance for repetition...

The foam padding that was in my cockpit to add knee support fell out the 
other day (strangely it happened when I was unloading the boat from its 
slings and accidently dropped it on the cement garage floor...the boat was 
fine, the padding,not so much so...bizarre). Anyway, I now have to glue the 
padding back in. I didn't glue it the first time, so i have no idea what to 
use to do this. Preferably I'd like something that isn't going to randomly 
fall out. Any suggestions?
