[Paddlewise] FL->Tennessee

I am heading up to Tennessee for the week of the 4th of July to try some
white water rafting and kayaking. I'll be in the Hiwassee River area and I'm
contemplating bringing the Nordkaaps. Any suggestions for a stop along the
way for some sea kayaking or possibly some lake paddling in Tennessee?
