Doug I appreciate the kind words and the blind faith in my abilities as an
instructor, but would like to point out that my last name is Cookson as in
son of Cook not Crookson as in son of the crook. ;>)

Take good care of that back.  I can relate.  The last time I really screwed
up my neck believe it or not was folding laundry.  Yep I reached to pick up
a sock and wham, total spasm zero range of motion.  I hate it when that
happens!
