Tofino and Riley Cove are the only CHS ones I have here. Don't have a decent
chart for Clayoquot, and my travel map does not show Riley Cove. However, its
Lat/Lon (49 degrees 23 min N; 126 degrees 13 min W) puts it on the northern
edge of where you want to paddle, I believe, some 15-20 nautical miles NNW of
Tofino. The two stations show almost identical timings and heights for high
and low, so they are probably typical of the outer parts of Clayoquot Sound.

There is a NOAA station (Clayoquot) at the same Lat/Lon as Tofino, although it
shows very slightly different high and low values -- probably because of
differences in how they run their tide algorithm.

If you want, I can email you a tide table for the day(s) you plan to be there.
