[Paddlewise] Registration Fees for Paddlecraft

Here in Iowa, if a boat is 13' or longer without motor or sail it needs to be 
registered.
It costs six dollars every two years for a 3" X 3" sticker.
Then, the part I hate, you need 3" letters on both sides of the bow.
Example, AB 1234 IA.
I don't mind the fee as much as the 3" letters.
