I asked to have the paddle sent to their distributor in Green Bay and to be there when I passed through in [your fall] last year. Everything worked out fine, but you can imagine the bemused look on the salesperson's face when I turned up from Australia to pick the thing up! And I can second Gerald's opinion on the paddle.
