[Paddlewise] Paddling lessons on Long Island?

Can anyone recommend a good intermediate/advanced kayaking skills
instructor (with contact info) located on Long Island in New York?  I
have in mind a series of 2-hour lessons on local waters, starting with
low-bracing and ending with surfing down breakers while standing on the
aft deck.
