It's one of the reasons I purchased this boat. I always remembered the stories told by one of the fellows at Rutabaga who had visited Wales. He said they would just slam their Romanys up onto a *cobblestone* "beach" when they tired of surfing and needed to come in for a break! Amazing. I figured a boat like that would take good care of me, and last me the rest of my days. :-) Regards, Bruce *************************************************************************** PaddleWise Paddling Mailing List - All postings copyright the author and not to be reproduced outside PaddleWise without author's permission Submissions: paddlewise_at_lists.intelenet.net Subscriptions: paddlewise-request_at_lists.intelenet.net Website: http://www.paddlewise.net/ ***************************************************************************Received on Tue Jun 13 2000 - 22:07:01 PDT
