That's why I almost always remove my cold-water head gear at the end of my cold-water practice sessions and practice tired, cold and sometimes dizzy 'cause this forces me to focus on what I'm doing. Relaxing is (for me) more difficult when dizzy, cold and tired, but for me it is important to feel this way during practice sessions 'cause this may be how I'm going to be feeling when I need crisp skills the most.
